Warranty claims
Email your order number and a short description of the fault. If we cannot sort it out, we replace the unit free inside 12 months.
Returns
Email within 30 days of delivery and we will send a return address. Once the camera reaches us in its original packaging with all accessories, we refund the purchase price in full.
