Cast Below exists because of a simple, annoying truth: most fishing days are decided before the first cast — by whether there were fish where you chose to stop.

Sonar tells you something is down there. A camera tells you what it is, how it's behaving, and whether it has any interest in what you're throwing. That difference is the difference between guessing and knowing.

What we will and won't say

We won't claim this catches fish for you. It doesn't. It tells you where not to waste your morning, and it shows you what your bait actually looks like down there — which changes how you fish more than any lure will.

We're a new brand. We're not going to fake a decade of heritage or fill this page with reviews we haven't earned. What we can do is stand behind the product with a guarantee that would bankrupt us if the thing were junk:

One camera, not twenty. The Scout is a 4.3-inch daylight screen with a 1080p camera, eight infrared LEDs and a 15m or 30m cable — enough for shore, dock, kayak, boat and hard water. We would rather sell one thing we can stand behind than a catalogue we cannot.
