Free shipping on every US order. No minimum, no surcharge.
- Processing: 1–3 business days.
- Delivery in the US: typically 4–8 business days after processing.
- Order to doorstep: typically 5–11 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude US public holidays.
- Tracking: emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned. It can take 2–5 days to start updating.
Our cameras are built and shipped by our manufacturing partner, so this takes longer than a domestic warehouse would. We would rather tell you that before you pay than after. If your order is going to run materially past that window, we email you and you can cancel for a full refund instead of waiting.
Returns, in one line
Faulty or damaged inside 30 days: we replace it free and pay the postage. Changed your mind: unopened only, within 30 days, you pay return postage, 15% restocking fee. Full detail in the Refund & Return Policy.
