These Terms govern your use of castbelow.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Cast Below ("we", "us", "our") sells underwater fishing cameras and related gear online at castbelow.com. Cast Below is a sole proprietorship operating in Clark County, Nevada, USA.

2. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — where an item is out of stock, a price or description was posted in error, we cannot verify the billing or delivery details, or we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.

3. Pricing, discounts and comparison prices

All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Where a struck-through "compare at" price is shown, it is a reference price for a comparable complete kit and is not necessarily a price at which this item has previously been sold by us. Discount codes and promotional offers may be limited to one per customer or per order, may not be combined, and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Product descriptions and imagery

We work hard to describe our products accurately. Photographs and renderings are illustrative; colours vary between screens, and packaging and cosmetic details can change between production runs. Specifications such as battery runtime and cable length are manufacturer figures measured under favourable conditions — real-world runtime is shorter in cold weather.

5. Shipping and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy are incorporated into these Terms. Please read the Refund & Return Policy before ordering: it is a limited policy. Faults reported within 30 days of delivery are replaced free; opened products that work as described are final sale.

6. Safe and lawful use

Our products are for lawful recreational fishing. It is your responsibility to know and follow the fishing regulations where you fish — some jurisdictions restrict the use of underwater cameras or electronic fish-finding aids in certain waters or seasons. Do not use the equipment near power lines, in unsafe ice conditions, or in a way that endangers you or anyone else. The Underwater Fishing Guide is general educational information, not safety or legal advice.

7. Reviews and user content

Product reviews on this site are collected and displayed by Judge.me. We do not edit, reorder or suppress reviews to change the rating shown. If you submit a review, photo or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it in connection with the product, and you confirm it is your own honest experience.

8. Abuse of offers and returns

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline future orders where we see abuse: repeated returns of used goods claimed as unopened, claims for items demonstrably received, discount-stacking through duplicate accounts, or fraudulent chargebacks. Where we cancel an order for offer abuse before shipping, we refund the amount paid.

9. Intellectual property

The Cast Below name, site content, photography, and the Underwater Fishing Guide are our property or used under licence. The Guide is licensed to you for personal use; please do not resell or redistribute it.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except as expressly set out in our Refund & Return Policy and as required by law, the site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

11. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data. If you opt in to email or SMS marketing you can unsubscribe at any time; SMS opt-in is never required to make a purchase, and message and data rates may apply.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Clark County, Nevada have jurisdiction — except that you may always bring a claim in your local small-claims court. Before filing anything, please email us: almost every dispute is a five-minute fix.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place your order is the version that applies to that order. Changes are never applied retroactively to an order already placed.
