Getting started
Charge the monitor over USB before your first trip. Unclip it, drop the camera in, and you're watching — there is no app, no account and nothing to pair. The cable is on a spool so you can pay out exactly the depth you want and wind it back in without tangling.
Using it on the water
- Boat or bank: lower the camera over the side and let the spool control depth. Watch for structure first, then look for fish holding on it.
- Ice: drop it down the hole and let it settle. Point the lens slightly upward to watch fish approach your jig from below.
- Low light and murky water: the infrared LEDs do the work. Give the camera a moment to adjust after it settles.
- Salt water: rinse the camera head with fresh water afterwards and dry it before it goes back in the case, the same as you would a reel.
Shipping
Shipping is free on every US order and you get a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
Replacement guarantee
Every camera carries a 30-day replacement guarantee. If it arrives faulty or damaged, or fails in normal use within 30 days of delivery, email us with your order number and a short description and we ship a replacement free — we pay the postage. It doesn't cover a cable that's been cut, crushed or driven over, but tell us what happened and we'll still try to help.
Package Protection
If you added Package Protection at checkout and your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, reply to your order confirmation email and we'll ship a replacement at no cost to you.
